RESEARCH RESULTS BY INDUSTRY GROUPS

Oliver Wight conducted an industry survey to study the current enterprise landscape with respect to Sales & Operations Planning, Business Improvements and Optimization. Initially nineteen (19) quantitive Sequential Probe Interviews (SPI’s) were conducted to explore needs and help design the subsequent survey. Survey emphasis was placed on aspects like day-to-day business and operations focus, drivers for S&OP success, challenge areas, reasons for challenges and education topics. The survey substantiates many of the preliminary SPI findings and provides further insight into new Oliver Wight opportunities. Click on the info graphics below to learn more about each topic.
